Our application procedure is as follows:
1. Application form
If you decide to submit an application form, it is important that you complete it as fully as possible, as a CV cannot be accepted alone.

After the closing date, all applications will be short listed, which will involve matching the experience stated on your application form against specific criteria. If you are successful at this stage you will be informed and invited to attend the next stage of the process.
2. Competency based interview and work-based tests
A member of the HR department will conduct the first round of interviews based around the key competencies of the role. The interview will give you an opportunity to demonstrate your interest in working with us and give an account of your skills and experience. It will also give you an opportunity to find out more about the scheme and to ask any questions you may have.
3. Assessment Centre Day
Those candidates that are invited to attend the Assessment Centre Day will be asked to prepare a short PowerPoint presentation. Candidates will also have to complete an in-tray excercise, a group excercise and an occupational personality questionnaire.
Two senior managers within the BMS Group will conduct the final interview during the assessment Centre Day and again the questions asked will be based around the key competencies of the role.
