What we are looking for

We're looking for graduates who are educated to degree level with at least a 2:2, preferably in an analytical or business discipline.

You will be liaising closely with clients and negotiating with underwriters so you must have excellent oral and written communication skills and have strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with colleagues and external contacts alike.

We pride ourselves on producing innovative solutions to our clients' problems so you must have excellent problem solving skills.

You will be closely examining loss histories and other data so you need excellent analytical and numerical skills.

You will be given responsibility Take the initiative and organise, plan and prioritise your own workload and work under pressure.

Although you won't be stuck in front of a screen all day you will need to be computer literate.
