BMS Specialty Risks Underwriting Managers Ltd commenced operation on June 1, 2003.  One of the newest additions to the BMS Group and the first in Canada, we are proud to offer our services to the Canadian market place.  We are a dedicated Lloyd's coverholder working closely with London to provide creative solutions in the accident and sickness field.

Continuing with the same philosophy fostered throughout the BMS organization, BMS Specialty Risks is committed to developing long-term relationships with our brokers for the benefit of all parties.  It is through the development of these partnerships that we will all grow and prosper.

Our Specialties
We specialize in accident and sickness insurance products & programs for individuals or groups distributed through retail brokers, third party administrators and benefit consultants.

BMS Specialty Risks designs and underwrites a variety of accident and sickness insurance, including specialized coverage, such as War Risk and Terrorism, aircraft and helicopter exposure (private and leased), business travel accident, high limit AD&D, student accident, paralysis only, disability income, career loss and extended health benefit stop-loss plans.  Please refer to our 'Products' link for details.
