BMS Management Services Ltd is at the centre of the BMS Group's operations and provides IT, Financial, Marketing, Operational and HR support to the individual operating companies, leaving them free to concentrate on meeting the advisory, broking and consultancy needs of their clients.

The company was formed in 1995 as a wholly-owned subsidiary to provide centralised support services. In contrast to many broking firms which locate their support staff away from the broking operations, all our UK staff are under the same roof. This leads to an unusually strong partnership between those who advise clients and place business and those who provide support services.

There are a number of indirect benefits, apart from the separation of administration from operational activities. The unified department is larger than any individual company would have, which means staff have more career opportunities.
