BMS Group Ltd is the Group's central regulated entity, being authorised and regulated by the UK Financial Services Authority under Section IV of the UK Financial Services and Markets Act 2000. Other UK-based operating companies in the Group have the status of Appointed Representatives of BMS Group Ltd.

BMS Group Ltd is also the accredited firm through which the Group transacts business at Lloyd's.
